Cozy room for a great price! The double room may not have looked amazing in the photos, but it was surprisingly clean, and the air conditioning was just the right distance from the bed. The cost was only $64, and the location was fantastic - super close to the train station! 🚉

This hotel is truly a hidden gem! The rooms on the 5th floor offer an amazing view of the city, and come equipped with a refrigerator stocked with a bottle of free cold drinking water and aircon perfectly placed near the bed. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure our stay was pleasant from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was also delicious and filling.

During our stay at Moonlight House, we were impressed with the helpfulness of the staff. They went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and made us feel welcomed and secure. We also appreciated the complimentary cold drinking water in the refrigerator and the availability of coffee and tea in the lobby. The option to borrow a bicycle for free was a pleasant surprise. The location of the hotel was convenient too, being within walking distance to the railway station and the Thao Suranaree monument.

While the hotel had many positives, there were a couple of drawbacks. it was a bit far from the main bus station, which could be inconvenient.

Rooms are big and clean, with panoramic windows. Staff members are kind, welcoming guests with unique touches like personalized welcome cards and free tea and coffee in the reception area.

Great location in the heart of the city, within walking distance of several restaurants and sights. Complimentary bike rental was a fabulous way to explore the area. the staff was friendly and even surprised us with a bottle of wine and chocolates to celebrate our romantic weekend.

The noise level from the street was a bit high, making it challenging to sleep at times. the room decor felt a bit outdated and could use some refreshing.

The bathroom, though small, had a great shower with good water pressure. We didn't mind not having breakfast at the hotel as there was a lovely cafe nearby. The hotel was located in a quiet side street, providing a peaceful environment. We also appreciated the secure parking garage and the complimentary tea/coffee. we were extremely satisfied with our stay at Moonlight House and would highly recommend it to others.
